Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HissabAI via WhatsApp or at hissabai.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use HissabAI.

2. Description of Service

HissabAI is a personal finance tracking assistant that works through WhatsApp. It allows you to log income and expenses, set budgets, view reports, upload receipts, and manage your finances via natural language messages in English, Roman Urdu, or Urdu. A web dashboard is available at hissabai.com.

3. Subscription & Pricing

  • New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access.
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue.
  • Quarterly plan: Rs. 499 for 3 months.
  • Yearly plan: Rs. 999 for 12 months.
  • Lifetime plan: Rs. 2,499 — one-time payment, never expires.
  • First billing cycle runs to the last day of the following calendar month. Example: subscribe March 15 → active until May 31.
  • Payments are accepted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa payment gateways.
  • Subscriptions are activated automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation when your payment is processed.
  • HissabAI does not store your payment card or wallet credentials.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or by messaging "cancel" to the bot.
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a subscription period.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same billing period.
  • Payment deducted but subscription not activated within 24 hours.
  • To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +923714224312 within 7 days.

All other purchases are final and non-refundable per our subscription policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use HissabAI for any illegal financial activity or money laundering.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Share your account with others — accounts are for individual use only.
  • Use the Service to harass or spam others.
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription payments.

8. Your Financial Data

  • You own all financial data you enter into HissabAI.
  • We do not provide financial advice — HissabAI is a tracking tool only.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
  • Always verify important financial decisions with a qualified professional.

9. AI-Generated Responses

HissabAI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process your messages and generate responses. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI responses may occasionally contain errors.
  • Transaction amounts and categories should be verified by you.
  • HissabAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or reports.

10. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced via WhatsApp when possible.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime or interruptions.
  • WhatsApp availability depends on Meta's platform — outside our control.

11. Intellectual Property

  • HissabAI, its logo, and all content on hissabai.com are owned by HissabAI.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Service.
  • Your financial data remains your property at all times.

12. Referral Program

  • Users may refer others using their unique referral link.
  • Successful referrals (where the referred user subscribes) earn the referrer 7 additional free days added to their subscription.
  • HissabAI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, HissabAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via WhatsApp for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
